Shipping policy

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. Within the first 2 hours of placing your order please confirm your address, design, size, color, and quantity to ensure your order is done correctly.  Please contact us immediately (within 2 hours) if there are any changes needed to your order or to cancel.

You have the option of selecting local pickup from our warehouse location (825 Oxley St., Kenner, LA 70062) or pay a flat rate to have your order shipped/delivered to your home during the check out process.  

Orders are custom printed, so it could take a week or so before your order is ready for pick up or delivery.  Once your order is completed, you will receive a notification when your order is ready to be picked up or once it has shipped as well as tracking information.

Higher quantity orders may extend time of arrival.
